Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Blue Whale Marine , we are committed to delivering your shipment with secure packaging and within the shortest possible timeframe. We ship across India throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.To ensure fast and safe delivery, we work with trusted courier partners. 

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days from the date of payment or as per the promised delivery schedule at checkout.

• Delivery timelines depend on courier service availability and location but generally range between 3 to 15 working days.

Blue Whale Marine guarantees dispatch within the mentioned time but is not responsible for delays caused by courier/postal authorities.

🏠 Delivery Address

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number are accurate and up to date.

📦 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items in your cart. The system automatically calculates shipping based on predefined weight slabs:

• Heavier/bulky items may incur additional charges, which will be displayed during checkout.

Receiving the Order

If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately via email or phone with your Order ID. We will assist you promptly.

❌ If You're Not Available at Delivery Time:

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.

• To re-dispatch the parcel, additional shipping charges will apply and will be communicated by email.

Return & Cancellation Policy

We offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received

• Product damaged in transit

• Manufacturer defects

To be eligible, customers must:

• Email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bwminternational.com with Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.

• Requests received after 24 hours will not be considered.

If approved:

• We will arrange reverse pickup and send a replacement (subject to availability).

• If replacement is not available, we’ll issue a coupon/voucher of the same value.

• Returns must include original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.

Return/exchange is valid only for the original purchaser and must be initiated using the same registered email ID.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been shipped.

• Please send cancellation requests to info@bwminternational.com.

• Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
